Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Aydeli Rios Vazquez is a Mexican-German professional with 30 years of experience in education and corporate training who enjoys co-designing projects with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Her living and working experience in America, Europe, and the Middle East has strengthened her intercultural competencies so profoundly that she is convinced we all must develop the right skills to build a more diverse and inclusive society.
In 2017, Aydeli founded Guapalita Empowering Equality, a social organization that co-creates opportunities to develop feminine inclusive leadership for all. Her experience designing the Top 10 Competencies for the Feminine Global Leader Vision 2030, together with global experts during the pandemic, motivated her to create the Feminine Inclusive Leadership Program, whose content has been shared in workshops in North America, Europe, and the GCC.
Firmly committed to education and development, Aydeli founded Inspirisa by Guapalita, a digital platform that achieved Vision 2030 goals by certifying inclusive global leaders within worldwide organizations in the Middle East. The App also offers professional training, business excursions, and management consultancy abroad.
Aydeli has a B.A. in International Relations and a master’s degree in Psycho-Pedagogy and Digital Project Management. She is working on her thesis in Adult Education at the University of Tübingen.
